Koala Blue Commercial is a new division within Koala Blue Real Estate. The company was founded nine years ago, and its principal business has been the management of investment properties on behalf of our investor clients through our offices in Sydney, Cairns and Townsville.

The continued upward trend of residential property prices is leading to some opportunities ending up beyond the reach of the typical investor. With the diminishing yields accompanying these trends, Koala Blue Real Estate is expanding into the commercial property market to open up fresh avenues for our current and prospective investors.
