The Koala Blue Real Estate team brings many years of experience

OUR SERVICE
Local knowledge and experience enables us to carefully
select suitable tenants and ensure that they fulfil their
ongoing responsibilities and obligations as set out in
the residential tenancy agreement.
Our regular inspection programme not only ensures that tenants
are fulfilling these obligations, it also allows us to observe
your home first-hand and report back to you. We will also
ensure that any applicable items falling within the builder's
maintenance program are completed.
Our experience with the provisions and practicalities of
the Residential Tenancies Act means that we will take timely
and proper action to protect your interests as necessary.
With your agreement and authority, we can deal with every
matter affecting your property including payment of insurance,
rates, pest control and repairs. We provide a fully documented
monthly financial statement of rent receipts and any authorised
expenditure.
The bottom line is that our service is designed to relieve
you of the day-to-day responsibility of investment property
ownership, giving you maximum peace of mind in the process
and leaving you free to enjoy the positive returns.
APPOINTING US
Prior to offering a property to the market, the managing
agent must hold a written authority from the owner.
Authorisation can be made by completing the “Property
Management Agreement” that we provided to you and
returning it promptly to our office.
Once appointed we will commit our resources, expertise
and maximum effort to the marketing, tenant selection
and professional management of your property.
