Linear Park is the second in a set of fresh, modern and
striking industrial development complexes. With a prime
location in
Townsville, the site has excellent access to major roads
and surrounding infrastructure.
With an area of 12,970m², the site comprises a 32-unit
tilt panel complex. There are 84 parking spaces provided, including
disabled parking. The majority of the units have undercover
parking directly in front of them, and a suspended mezzanine
office area protruding from the sheds that is designed to maximise
the usable internal area of the workshops.
Linear Park boasts different tenancy sizes ranging from
smaller units of 225m² to larger units of 241m². The area
is zoned Core Industry and the approval is for general industry
sheds. The construction comprises a ground slab with 150mm
tilt panel walls. Roofing is 2 ZA with 50mm roof insulation
to the underside. Electric roller shutters are a feature inclusion
on all units.
