Titanium Park is a striking new industrial complex that will serve as the Eastern entrance to the industrial hub of Townsville and which has easy and excellent access to major routes in both north and south directions. The site area is 20 605 m².

The development is a 52-unit industrial tilt panel complex that can also cater for commercial applications including specific office requirements from call centres through to specialist retail applications. Tenancy sizes range from 102m² to 570m².

The area is zoned core industry and the approval is for general industry sheds. The construction comprises a ground slab with150mm tilt panel walls. Roofing is 2 ZA with 50mm roof insulation to the underside. Electric roller shutters are a feature inclusion on all units.

The premises can be expanded through clever design features incorporated into the roofing beams. Each unit has ample phase power and natural light is incorporated for optimum lighting and safety.
