The southeast corner of Queensland is the destination of the future, with some 575 000 houses needing to be built in the next 20 years*. Median prices for Light Industrial property in neighbouring Logan / Redland areas almost tripled between 2001 and 2005**, and with the steady influx into the area, and with a solid development plan in place, commercial property in Meadowbrook and surrounds is set to continue on its stellar growth path for many years to come.
